1. Seller details

The website bismeq.com is operated by BIATIF S.R.L., Rue Bruyn 115, 1120 Brussels, Belgium — Company number 0786.504.110 — VAT BE 0786.504.110 — info@bismeq.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on bismeq.com by a consumer. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

3. Products and prices

Our products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order.

4. Ordering and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded in the language in which you placed your order (English, French, Dutch or German). Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout (including Bancontact, credit cards, PayPal and Klarna). Payments are processed by secure providers; we never have access to your full card or bank details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are set out in our delivery policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel.

6. Withdrawal and 30-day returns

You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and our 30-day returns guarantee, under the conditions set out in our refund policy.

7. Guarantees

Our products are covered by the 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity. Cosmetic products must be used in accordance with the directions for use. If you experience a reaction, stop using the product. We recommend a patch test on a small area before first use.

8. Liability

We cannot be held liable for use that does not follow the directions for use. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, images, logos, videos) is the property of BIATIF S.R.L. and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Complaints and mediation

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@bismeq.com. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Consumer Ombudsman Service free of charge, North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels — www.consumerombudsman.be.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence.
