Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your precious oil concentrate for a refund, without having to give a reason, provided the bottle is full and unopened. The box may have been opened.

Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Art. VI.47 et seq.), you have in any event 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, even if the bottle has been opened. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning (Art. VI.51); in that case, we may deduct that amount from your refund. Our 30-day returns guarantee is in addition to this statutory right and does not limit it.

How to withdraw or return a product

1. Email us at info@bismeq.com with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.
2. Send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision, to: BIATIF S.R.L., Rue Bruyn 115, 1120 Brussels, Belgium.
3. Return postage is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery charge (based on standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method as for your order, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is the earlier.

Damaged or faulty product

If your bottle arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us with a photo at info@bismeq.com. We will send you a replacement bottle or refund you, free of charge. You also benefit from the 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity (Art. 1649bis et seq. of the former Belgian Civil Code).
