Free delivery
No minimum order, to 5 of our 7 countries (Austria: €16, Sweden: €20.30).

bpost in Belgium, DPD elsewhere (in Luxembourg: DPD or bpost).

Tracking link sent by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Delivery times and costs
Times are given in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), from confirmation of your payment.
For Austria and Sweden, the delivery charge (€16 and €20.30, VAT included) is shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.
Order tracking
As soon as your parcel ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link.
Missed delivery or lost parcel
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a missed-delivery card. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us straight away at info@bismeq.com so that we can open a claim with the carrier.
