What is the Bismeq concentrate?
The Bismeq precious oil concentrate is a natural hair treatment made with seven carefully chosen plant oils: argan, castor, moringa, sesame, amla, jojoba and black seed. An essential formula designed to nourish the hair and scalp from root to tip.
Which hair types is it suitable for?
It suits every texture: straight, wavy, curly or coily hair. It works particularly well in routines for dry, dull, fragile or breakage-prone hair.
Why these seven oils?
Each oil was chosen for its quality and its role in the formula:
- Argan: brings shine and suppleness
- Castor: rich and enveloping, a long-standing favourite in hair rituals
- Moringa: helps protect the hair fibre
- Sesame: nourishes the lengths
- Amla: supports the hair's vitality
- Jojoba: adds lightness
- Black seed: helps soothe the scalp
Does the formula contain silicones or parabens?
No. The Bismeq concentrate is formulated without silicones or parabens. We favour ingredients of natural origin, selected for what they genuinely bring to the treatment.
What results can I expect?
With regular use, hair looks more nourished, suppler and naturally radiant. Regular use and the right amount for your hair make all the difference.

How do I use the concentrate?
- Apply a few drops to the scalp and lengths.
- Massage gently for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Leave on for 2 to 7 hours.
- Wash your hair with your usual shampoo.
How often should I use it?
We recommend one or two applications a week. Adjust the amount to the length, thickness and needs of your hair.
Can I use it on the ends as a leave-in?
Yes. After styling, apply a very small amount to dry ends for softness and shine. A few drops are enough.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within:
- Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg: 2 to 3 working days
- Germany: 3 to 4 working days
- France and Austria: 4 to 5 working days
- Sweden: 3 to 5 working days

How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Returns and help3 questions
My bottle arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@bismeq.com, with a photo of the bottle and the parcel. We will quickly find the best solution for you.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to return an unopened bottle, and 14 days to withdraw even if the bottle has been opened. Full conditions are set out in our refund policy.
